Refund and Access Pass Policy

How prepaid access periods, renewals, upgrades, expiry, and refund requests work.

Last updated: June 1, 2026

Important note
These pages are operational policies for the RaiseSpy product. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch or public reliance.

Prepaid Access

RaiseSpy sells prepaid access passes, not usage-based subscriptions. Fundraising Sprint provides 90 days of access, Annual Membership provides one year of access, and Accelerator / Studio access may be custom.

Access starts when payment is confirmed or when an authorized admin grants access, and expires at the recorded expiry date.

Upgrades and Extensions

If you purchase another access pass while an active pass remains, the new access may be added after the current active period when supported by the checkout and access-pass logic.

Fundraising Sprint users may be prompted to upgrade to Annual Membership so they can keep investor research, Pipeline workflows, exports, and AI outreach available beyond the 90-day sprint.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Unless required by law or agreed in writing, completed access-pass purchases are generally non-refundable after access has been activated or materially used.

Examples that may support review include duplicate payment, accidental wrong-plan purchase, checkout error, or a service issue that prevents reasonable use of the product.

Requests should include the account email, purchase date, selected plan, and a short explanation.

No Fundraising Outcome Guarantee

RaiseSpy helps with research and workflow. It does not guarantee investor meetings, responses, introductions, funding, valuation, terms, or fundraising success.
