Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as email address, name, company, role, magic-link authentication events, session records, and support messages.

We collect onboarding and workspace information such as fundraising stage, target raise, sector, geography, traction summary, customer profile, saved Pipeline collections, saved views, team invites, export activity, and generated-email usage logs.

We collect billing information needed to manage access passes, including Stripe customer/session identifiers, plan ID, purchase date, expiry date, and payment status. Stripe processes payment card details directly.

We use information to authenticate users, personalize PitchMatch ranking, provide investor search and Pipeline workflows, enforce access passes, generate outreach drafts, support teams, prevent scraping or abuse, and provide support.

We may use aggregated or de-identified product usage information to improve conversion flows, data quality, reliability, and security.

When you request AI-assisted outreach, relevant investor information and your fundraising profile may be sent to the configured AI provider from the server side to generate a draft.

Do not enter confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information into profile fields or AI prompts unless you are comfortable with that information being processed for the feature.

The service uses essential cookies or similar storage for authentication, sessions, localization, and security.

When configured, the public website may use privacy-focused analytics such as Plausible to understand aggregate page views and funnel events. Affiliate or referral tracking may be used only to attribute purchases and improve acquisition reporting.

We share information with service providers that help operate the product, such as authentication, email delivery, payment processing, hosting, database infrastructure, analytics if enabled, and AI providers when you use AI features.

We do not sell user account data. We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce policies, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, investors, RaiseSpy, or the public.

We retain account, billing, audit, export, data-access, and usage records as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and protect against scraping or abuse.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a self-hosted SaaS product, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
