Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to RaiseSpy, including the public website, magic-link sign-in flow, investor workspace, Pipeline collections, AI-assisted outreach features, exports, account settings, billing flows, and related services.

By requesting a sign-in link, creating an account, purchasing an access pass, or using the service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

You must use a valid email address and keep access to your magic-link email account secure. Magic links are for the intended recipient only, and you are responsible for activity that occurs through your authenticated session.

Access passes are prepaid, time-limited licenses to use the service. They do not transfer ownership of the underlying software, database, investor records, or scoring systems.

Named-seat team access, when available, is for invited teammates only. Shared logins, resale access, and credential pooling are not allowed.

RaiseSpy provides curated investor intelligence to support founder research and outreach. Investor data may include public or licensed information, internal enrichment, activity signals, and user-specific PitchMatch scoring.

You may use the service to identify relevant investors, organize research, draft outreach, and export focused Pipeline collections for your own fundraising workflow.

You may not scrape, bulk copy, resell, publish, sublicense, or redistribute investor records or contact data outside your own fundraising process.

AI-generated outreach drafts are tools for editing and review, not legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing, personalizing, and verifying any message before sending it.

You may not use AI features to generate deceptive, harassing, unlawful, or spam-like communications.

Self-serve access passes are processed through Stripe. Fundraising Sprint is priced at $279 for 90 days, Annual Membership is priced at $699 per year, and Accelerator / Studio access starts at $2,499 per year unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, access expires at the end of the purchased period. The app may show countdowns, expiry warnings, and upgrade prompts so you can keep access active.

Refund and access-change requests are handled under the Access Pass Policy.

RaiseSpy may improve, suspend, limit, or remove features to protect the service, comply with law, improve data quality, or prevent abuse.

We aim to keep the service available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect investor accuracy, successful fundraising outcomes, or investor responses.
